How does HairTry work?
Take a selfie, and HairTry's AI restyles your hair into different cuts and colors while keeping your face exactly you.
Do I need an account?
No. HairTry works anonymously with free starter credits. You only sign in with Apple when you subscribe or buy a credit pack, so paid credits stay safe and restore across your devices.
How do credits work?
Each generated result uses credits. Free previews are watermarked. A subscription includes recurring credits with HD and no watermark; you can also top up with one-time credit packs (25 / 70 / 140).
Are my photos stored or used for training?
Photos are uploaded securely to the Skybringup AI processing service and may be processed by contracted AI infrastructure providers only to generate the results you request. They are not used to identify you, train models, sell data, or advertise. Please use your own photos.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Purchase History, or contact Apple Support directly.
