Delete your HairTry AI account

You can request deletion of your HairTry AI account and associated app data by email. We review deletion requests manually so we can verify the account and handle purchase records correctly.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address used for your HairTry AI account.
  2. Use the subject line Delete HairTry account.
  3. Include the app name HairTry AI.
  4. If available, include your device ID or recent order ID so we can locate your data.

What we delete

  • Account profile data associated with your HairTry AI account.
  • Uploaded photos and generated hairstyle preview history where reasonably locatable.
  • Device-linked app data used for credits, usage limits, and app history where reasonably locatable.
  • Other personal data tied to your account unless we must retain it for a limited legal or security reason.

What may be retained

Some purchase, transaction, refund, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or security records may be retained only for as long as required by law or necessary to protect the service.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription directly in Apple App Store or Google Play settings.
